Harvest and the Sparkman corridor
Harvest is the cluster of newer subdivisions on the northwest side of the metro, mostly in the Sparkman High School zone. It's been one of the fastest-growing parts of Madison County for a decade — affordable newer construction, good schools, and a 20-minute shot down Research Park Boulevard.
What's available
Inventory is heavy on newer construction at lower price points than Madison proper, with manageable lots in established subdivisions. Defense and aerospace employment in Research Park and the north side of the Arsenal drives a meaningful share of demand.
