Blake and Katie with Keyfinders Group were amazing to work with. Buying and selling a house is stressful no matter the situation, but their professionalism, knowledge of the market, and really, their work ethic made the process go smooth. Our house was a little older, but Blake gave us great advice on what work needed to be done to bring the house to market, also what work would bring the greatest return on investment. Long story short, we sold our house for more than we hoped for. And I know Huntsville is a "hot market," but it was Blake and the group's work and advice that put us over the top. No open houses, just scheduled showings and pre-screened buyers; we had multiple offers after 2 days and under contract after 3.
Buying a home was a bit more involved, but Katie and Blake made dealing with all the realtors and sellers super easy, mostly because they dealt with them so we wouldn't have to. They were more concerned with helping us find the RIGHT house, than just selling us a house. And they went with us to see so many houses before we found the house we wanted to be our home.
Above all, my wife and I really appreciated how professional, well prepared, and knowledgeable they were. We know that we weren't their only clients looking to spend the most money, but we always felt like a priority, even in the middle of a Pandemic! Every email and text was answered promptly. All the paperwork was streamlined. Katie's checklists were extremely beneficial in understanding the process and what to expect. They didn't always have the answer off the top of their heads, but they would always get us the right on, and that's all you can ask. They made things easy, from working with our lender to helping us find painters. I'm glad we chose Blake and Katie and Keyfinders Group to navigate us through this process.
